ARIX Electro Plated Wire is designed to effectively cut Steel and Highly reinforced concrete as well as concrete perfect for buildings, bridges and large structures. It is also perfect for extremely compact, non-abrasive marble and limestone. Arix auto array technology places each individual diamond grit evenly throughout each bead, so the right amount of diamond is always exposed. This means it is faster cutting and has a longer life. It is an all-weather construction method that does not damage the remaining structures with low noise/vibration.
Using Wire also makes you able to cut awkward and large shapes. Wire sawing is also great when you need to be working in confined spaces or under water. By using a series of pulleys the saw applies continuing increasing pressure as the diamond beads pass through the machine.
We stock both Standard ARIX Diamond Wire and electro plated Wire. Standard Diamond wire works quickly and effectively on concrete and reinforced concrete. You use Electro plated wire when cutting steel and highly reinforced concrete. Both versions have 40 x Arix Diamond beads per meter. Its all-weather construction method that does not damage the remaining structures with low noise/vibration.
Please contact us about large orders over 50m for special discounted rates. In addition to this not only do we provide free standard straight wire connectors, we also offer a free Swivel connector with every 25m of wire that other companies charge over £35+ for. Call us to discuss your upcoming projects as we will prove how good it is. Recent testing against other brands proved it lasts up to twice as long as other so it can be reused saving you money.
